Trainee Baker/Baker - Maxvalu Prime Desa Park City

Responsibilities

To be responsible for the majority of work involved in the process of baking / production.

To work as a team to ensure that the desired end product is produced.

To follow strictly on the working schedule and items to be made and in what quantities they are to be prepared.

To concentrate and to improve on the various job function assigned to him / her, where in the areas of:

Baking

In charge of baking the merchandise after proofing and any ingredients to be added in between baking.

To prepare the topping for the different items. E.g. egg wash, cheese, sugar, mix vegetables.

Responsible for the baking time and oven temperature for each merchandise and proffered to keep it clean at all times.

To take care of the oven and proffer and to keep it clean at all times.

To learn up the various procedure/time needed for baking each product.
