Job Title: Trainee Baker / Junior Baker
Location: Multiple locations available (various bakery businesses)
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our bakery teams as Trainee Bakers / Junior Bakers across multiple bakery locations. This role provides hands-on training and practical experience in preparing and baking a wide range of bread and bakery products under the supervision of qualified bakers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with preparation and baking of bread and bakery products following established recipes and production schedules
- Measuring ingredients and assisting with mixing, kneading, shaping and proofing dough
- Supporting daily bakery production activities under supervision
