Trainee Case Finisher

Job Scope:

• Operates cleaning, polishing and testing equipment
• To polish, glaze and buff different materials of case middle parts and bracelets
• Uses hand tools and different types of cleaning agents
• Maintains targets and deadlines efficiently whilst limiting quality control returns
• Maintenance and change of polishing wheels
• Be able to organise personal and team workflow
• Visually distinguishes worn/damaged spare parts and adhere to the spare part order/return process
• Be able to apply high standards of excellence to every service job with a 'Right First Time' attitude in all areas of the department
• Continual development with willingness to improve through constructive communication and training
