Trainee CL Operations

Your Role:

The selected candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager and various departments involved in day-to-day operations, including order management and the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs).

The goal of the internship is to provide hands-on training, gradually increase autonomy and responsibility.

Main Responsabilities:

+ Support daily operations, monitoring orders’ progress
+ Analyze data and KPIs to improve operations’ performance
+ Investigate and follow up on customer queries and complaints
+ Work closely with the warehouse team and other internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
+ Skills:
+ Master’s degree in Management/Industrial Engineering or equivalent
+ Advanced skills in Excel and MS office tools
+ Organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset
