Fast track from a Trainee to a Community Care Manager* under NTUC Health's Talent Accelerator Programme (TAP)! 

Within the 2-year TAP, gain broader perspectives in the Community Care sector through 2 rotations (3 months each) within NTUC Health, and pick up new skills, knowledge, and experiences through structured modular training, accelerated exposure and hands-on opportunities. 

You will, among other deliverables:
Actively participate in quality improvement projects and develop sustainable initiatives in collaboration with our business teams while delivering a delightful client experience

Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to provide excellent quality of care

Review SOPs with cross-functional teams to improve and optimise operations

Support daily operations and perform incident management protocols

Support in the execution of designated emergency response tasks<...
