Responsibilities:

• Assist in the full cycle of recruitment activities including an efficient sourcing and selection process from different recruitment channels;
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers;
• Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to handle multiple tasks;
• Passionate about HR, recruitment and connecting with people;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
