The role’s primary function is to provide L1 & L2 monitoring support services to Allianz Application/infrastructure and to accurately carry out several administrative tasks relating to monitoring service.

• Monitoring Applications, underlying servers (Linux/Windows) and Network Monitoring
• Resolving issues/alerts in Monitoring Tools (Dynatrace)
• Preparation of Technical documentations
• Basic Linux,Windows and Network administration
• L1 level Monitoring in services of Cloud Platforms
• Handling L1/L2 operational tasks such as performance & root cause analysis, runbook-based resolution of incidents.
• Ensure sufficient cover is maintained to support the operational shifts
• Escalation and notification of production issues
