Trainee / Junior Civil Estimator

Are you a fresh Civil Engineering graduate with a keen interest in cost estimation, quantity takeoffs, and construction planning?

AESOM is looking for motivated and detail-oriented fresh Civil Engineers to join our Estimation Team, where you'll receive hands-on training and real-time exposure to construction projects.

What You'll Learn & Work On:

Reading and understanding construction drawings

• Quantity takeoffs and preparation of BOQs
• Basics of cost estimation and pricing
• Exposure to residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects
• Training on tools such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam, and Excel
• Understanding of CSI divisions and trade scopes
• Working closely with senior estimators and project teams

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
