Job Description

                    Arrange shipment transportation for collection and delivery; 
Assist on Import shipment arrangement, to ensure the smooth flow of customs declaration; 
Shipping Courier Service arrangement; 
Shipping payment and purchase request submission; 
Assist on Management of the LMW Regulations, record-keeping and verification of progress, and supervision and co-ordination of bonded goods; 
Assist on preparation of various reports, statistical analysis of import, shipping data for decision-making reference; 
Perform entry into SAP system. 
Shipping document filling & preparation; 
Prepare related export shipment document, preparation list. 
Update and tracking delivery schedule with supplier to ensure timely delivery; 
Certificate of Conformance (COC) preparation and manage; 
Liaise with account dept for document issues. 
Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Superior.
