Trainee Manager

Excel Recruitment, on behalf of our client, a large and rapidly growing retailer, is seeking a Trainee Manager to join their team in Dublin.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their management skills within a supportive and fast-paced retail environment.

Salary:€33k – €38k

Key Responsibilities of this Trainee Manager:

  • Assist the management team in the day-to-day running of the store

  • Oversee staff performance and provide leadership as required

  • Ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation

  • Monitor stock levels, orders, and deliveries
