Trainee MFG

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ **Education:** active student in final semesters of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Electrical, or related).
+ **Experience:**
+ Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Ford Production System (FPS) concepts.
+ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues to identify root causes.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with both hourly operators and salaried leadership.
+ Self-starter attitude with high initiative to take ownership of assigned projects with limited supervision.
+ Intermediate to Advanced English level (written and spoken).
