72The Career Conversion Program (CCP) training period lasts for 15 months. Structured on-the-job training (OJT) will be provided and conducted at the participating companies to facilitate the application of learning and to ensure that individuals acquire necessary competencies to perform at their job.
The QA Trainee will support day-to-day Quality Assurance activities in accordance to the respective Quality Areas.
