What the job does?

• Providing end to end recruitment process between clients and candidates
• Understanding needs of clients, attracting candidates from various channels including advertisements etc
• Learning the skills of hiring and recruitment of the most suitable candidates for clients.
• Exposure to learn from experienced manager and leaders on the recruitment process.
