Tripod Partners USA is expanding its Cape Town office and is hiring Trainee Recruitment Consultants to sell into the U.S. healthcare market.

This is not a comfort role.

It is for ambitious, hyper-competitive individuals who want their performance to directly dictate their earnings.

THE MONEY

Base salary up to R15,000

Uncapped commission up to 10% on direct billings

Top-performing consultants can earn more than R100,000 per month in commission

U.S. market = higher fees and higher upside
