Responsibilities
The Sales Assistant is mainly responsible for supporting the activities of the Private Banks Sales Team.
The job holder is to provide support on administrative tasks, pre and post trade administrations, reconciling trade details, drafting documentation, automate repetitive work process and other ad hoc tasks/projects as necessary.
Strong communication and analytical skills, must be detail-oriented and proficient with numbers
Able to work under pressure and quick on the feet.
A team player that is self-motivated and has a positive attitude and able to work independently.
Good IT programming skills is preferred.
Experience in investment banking, especially Equities, Fixed Income & Foreign Exchange, is a plus.
Fluency in oral and written English is a must. Fluency in Cantonese/Mandarin can be useful.
