Trainee Sales Engineer

Job Overview:
Inno-Tech Engineering is hiring an Entry-Level Trainee Sales Engineer to support our industrial automation and engineering solutions business. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to build a career in technical sales, industrial automation, and instrumentation. The selected candidate will receive structured training and hands-on exposure to real industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Support sales activities for industrial automation and building solutions including PLC, SCADA, control systems, drives, LV/MV systems, motors, and field instrumentation
Assist in understanding customer requirements and proposing suitable technical solutions
Participate in RFQ analysis, basic costing, and preparation of technical and commercial proposals
Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams for solution alignment
