About the Program
Milestone is offering a Learnership / Skills Development opportunity for a Trainee SHE Practitioner as part of our commitment to developing future SHE practitioners with practical, real-world operational exposure.
This program is designed for entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow within an operational environment. In addition to SHE-focused training, the program will include on-the-job technical exposure to better understand workplace risks, machinery and operational processes.
The successful candidate will receive structured workplace learning, mentorship and hands-on experience aligned to safety, health, environmental and operational requirements.
