Job Description
My client is a family-owned, market-leading civil engineering business, based in Staffordshire. They deliver high quality and innovative solutions to our clients, specialising in infrastructure, groundworks and related building services with project values ranging between £100,000 and £50m.
They are looking for a motivated and ambitious Trainee Engineer to join our Groundworks and Civil Engineering team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, develop technical skills, and gain hands-on experience working on a variety of construction and infrastructure projects.
As a Trainee Engineer, you will support the engineering team with setting out, surveying, and quality control while working closely with site management and subcontractors. You will be given structured training, mentoring, and real opportunities for progression within the business.
