Trainee Teacher

Paced Learning Academy is seeking a responsible, warm, and organised Trainee Teacher to support our educators in delivering engaging preschool phonics and math lessons for children aged 3–8 years old.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with young children, are attentive to detail, and are keen to grow in the early childhood or education sector.

Key Responsibilities

Classroom & Lesson Support

• Support lead teachers during preschool phonics and math lessons
• Assist children individually or in small groups during activities
• Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe, positive learning environment
• Prepare and set up lesson materials, worksheets, and teaching aids
• Support smooth lesson transitions and overall class flow

Student Care & Engagement

• Guide children through activities and encourage active participation
