Trainee Teacher (Preschool)

Full time attachment to one of our childcare centres under mentorship with a mentor teacher, the trainee teacher will be coached through the apprentice program and will be able to assume the role as a Childcare Teacher upon completion of the course.
Entry course requirements:
Local Polytechnic Diploma and obtained a GCE O level credit in English (EL1) or a minimum band 6.5 in IELTS (Academics) OR
Obtained a Degree with English as the medium of instruction from a state-recognised university OR
5 GCE O'level credits with a pass in English
Job responsibilities:
Plan, supervised and implement the programme for the class in accordance with the centre's policies and framework
Complete progress reports on children for each semester and prepares a developmental portfolio for each child
Set up and create a stimulating and engaging pleasant learning environment that promotes self-directed learning
