Key Qualifications:
Communication Skills / Soft Skills:
C1 CEFR level English proficiency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for international clients
Ability to clearly explain complex financial and insurance concepts
Training & Quality Skills:
Strong facilitation and presentation skills for engaging in-person and virtual training
Knowledge of adult learning principles (e.g., ADDIE Model, Bloom's Taxonomy) and instructional design
Experience in Training Needs Analysis and curriculum design
Ability to evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance data
