Trainer - Baking & Pastry Arts

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging and informative theory and practical classes in Pastry Arts, covering fundamentals, advanced techniques, and current trends.
• Create detailed training plans and course materials that effectively communicate pastry concepts and skills to students.
• Demonstrate proper techniques and procedures for a variety of Sponge, pastries, desserts, and bread products.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students, helping them develop their technical skills and artistic creativity.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary learning environment in the Pastry Lab.
• Stay up-to-date on current industry trends and incorporate them into the curriculum when appropriate.
• Collaborate with other instructors to ensure a well-rounded culinary education for students.
• Participate in program development and curriculum revisions.
