Trainer

**TRAINER**

The Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering training programs that prepare large groups of game testers for success across multiple titles, platforms, and test cycles. This role plays a critical part in ensuring testers understand game mechanics, test methodologies, tools, and quality standards, while maintaining consistency and performance at scale.

You’ll work closely with QA leadership, project teams, and operations to onboard, upskill, and continuously improve high-volume testing teams supporting fast-moving game development environments.

**What You Will Do:**

+ Design and deliver engaging training programs for game testers, including onboarding, refreshers, and title-specific training.
+ Train large cohorts of testers on QA processes, test cases, bug reporting standards, tools, and workflows.
