Job Description
Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Trainer / Enablement Specialist to ensure our customer support agents are confident, competent, and fully production-ready. This role owns knowledge transfer, skill readiness, and training quality across projects — not administration or logistics.
The Trainer will design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding and ongoing training programs, working closely with Operations, QA, and Team Leaders to align training with real-life workflows and performance expectations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a training, enablement, or coaching role
- Strong hands-on background in Customer Support or Technical Support
- Proven experience building training programs and materials from scratch
- Experience delivering onboarding and refresher training to agents
- Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills
