Key Responsibilities:

• Create training programs
• Assisting patients or members in the US
• Teleconsulting
• Knowledgeable with US regulatory requirements and healthcare providers.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• USRN Licensed (6 months validity)
• 1 – 2 years' experience in a US Healthcare Account (UM review, clinical appeals)
• Exposure to Inpatient/Concurrent reviews
• Good process and project knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office
• With at least 1 year of trainer experience(Required)
• Experience working in nursing care, a nursing home, or a medical work setup
• Experience using Interqual/ MCG

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php55, Php75,000.00 per month
