About the Role

Our public sector client is seeking an Intermediate Trainer for a 6 month, full time contract, with the possibility of up to a 12-month extension, on site in Edmonton, AB. This role is centered on designing and delivering dynamic training solutions that engage learners and meet strategic goals. From developing interactive eLearning modules and visually compelling presentations to crafting concise quick-reference guides and microlearning videos, the Training Analyst ensures each learning asset resonates with its audience.

Utilizing proven adult learning methodologies, such as the ADDIE model, the Trainer-Intermediate position collaborates with subject matter experts to build innovative and practical training programs.
