Training and Development: Train production personnel on work skills while cultivating professional habits and attitudes.
Certification and Compliance: Update and maintain operative certification records for trainees. Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), employee awareness, and training programs, while maintaining high housekeeping standards.
Documentation: Generate process checklists and theory test papers for operator certifications.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to management regarding the progress and status of operative training.
