JOB SUMMARY:
The Trainer - Life Support provides instruction for Sidra staff (and other healthcare staff and students in Qatar if needed) in AHA Life Support Training Courses following the prescribed curriculum. The Trainer - Life Support assists in Simulation Center commissioning activities, onboarding of Sidra staff, and continuing education for practicing staff at Sidra as well as students from local clinical universities.
KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Instructor for AHA Life Support Training Programs for Sidra staff, community and healthcare professionals, and clinical students.
Answers student questions in a competent and effective manner.
Performs and rates student practical skills evaluations according to AHA protocols.
Administers and grades AHA-approved written examinations for Life Support Training.
Ensures the reporting of grades (pass/fail) to the training center.
