• Develop and execute an overall training strategy aligned with NIISe project objectives and timelines.

• Conduct training needs analysis for different user groups (e.g., frontline officers, supervisors, administrators, technical teams).

• Prepare detailed training plans, schedules, and resource requirements.

Training Development

• Ensure training content complies with Malaysian government standards, immigration policies, and data security requirements.

• Customize training programs to accommodate system updates, enhancements, and regulatory changes.

Training Delivery

• Manage and coordinate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions nationwide.

• Deliver high-quality training sessions for key users and trainers (Train-the-Trainer programs).
