Job Description:
We are seeking a Trainer to develop and deliver training programs for our Mobility Account team. You will identify learning needs, conduct training sessions, and track employee progress to enhance overall performance.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver product-specific and upskilling training sessions.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and implement effective learning plans.
• Monitor employee progress and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with team leads to ensure training aligns with operational goals.
• Maintain training materials and documentation.

Requirements:

• College Graduate (CEC, IT, or any tech-related course)
• Minimum 1-year experience as a BPO Trainer
• Experience in product-specific training and upskilling
