We are rapidly expanding and seeking a Trainer who has a solid background in training within the BPO industry and remote environments.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainer at Aventus, you'll be managing training programs across multiple clients at once, all while maintaining deep expertise in a variety of subject areas. You'll take the lead in designing engaging content and developing impactful training materials for our online learning platforms. You'll also conceptualize new training campaigns and continuously improve existing ones to keep them fresh and effective.
