Job description

We are looking for a passionate and engaging Trainer for our Pioneer AU Account to support onboarding, refresher training, and continuous learning initiatives within our operations team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in facilitation, coaching, and employee development who enjoys helping teams improve performance and succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for employees
• Facilitate engaging classroom and virtual training programs
• Support upskilling initiatives and knowledge enhancement activities
• Identify learning gaps and provide coaching or training recommendations
• Assist in creating and updating training materials, guides, presentations, and e-learning content
• Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to support performance improvement
