Trainer

The 1LIFE Trainer is responsible for delivering training programs to 1LIFE employees, healthcare workers, and community partners, particularly in Visayas and Mindanao. This role focuses on building the right mindset, skills, teamwork, and values to ensure effective and compassionate community service. Preference is given to candidates who can speak Bisaya, as this greatly helps in engaging with staff, barangay officials, and community members in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate training sessions such as orientations, soft skills, values formation, teamwork, communication, and basic leadership
• Communicate and coordinate with barangay officials, LGUs, and community partners
• Deliver engaging and easy-to-understand training sessions in English, Filipino, or Bisaya as needed
• Join field deployments and regional visits when required
• Customize training content based on the audience (medical staff, administrative staff, community workers)
