Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Development and Delivery

2. Design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with company objectives.

3. Identify training needs through assessments, feedback, and consultation with stakeholders.

4. Facilitate workshops, webinars, and hands-on training sessions for YesCare and other Departments when required.

5. Content Creation

6. Create and curate learning materials, e-learning modules, videos, and manuals.

7. Develop engaging and interactive content to support training sessions.

8. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy and relevance of materials.

9. Knowledge Base Management

10. Upload, manage, and update training content on the LMS.

11. Monitor and report on employee training progress and completion.
