Job Description

  1. Responsible for training management for BYD Singapore, which includes planning, scheduling, conduct of all external training:
  2. Facilitate both classroom and on-the-job training sessions.
  3. Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment for all participants.
  4. Liaise with internal (BYD Singapore & BYD China) and external parties, agencies and government bodies, etc. on all training requirements, regulations, etc. so as to meet and manage BYD's training requirements. This includes working and liaising with BYD HQ Trainer as well as translating training material.
  5. Prepare, plan, organize, schedule, control and monitor training courses. Arrange for training material and resources and handle any other issues related to training requirements.
  6. To conduct all BYD's training courses as directed by your supervisor. This includes internal and/or external, technical training for both internal and external customers.
