Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to support our Learning & Development initiatives across multiple districts, stores, and locations. This role is responsible for tracking training progress, creating and updating learning content, and ensuring timely communication with store teams and supervisors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about driving consistent and effective training across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Follow-Up and Reporting
Run reports and consolidate custom training data for each district, store, or location.
Create and distribute leaderboards to track performance and engagement.
Send follow-up emails to stores and supervisors regarding past-due trainings or incomplete modules.
