Training & Education Facilitator | Thailand

As the Training & Education Facilitator for Anytime Fitness Thailand, your primary responsibility is to plan, and lead engaging and productive training sessions and workshops, ensuring participants gain actionable insights and leave the facilitation with more knowledge on the subject than when they arrived.  

You will guide discussions, encourage collaboration, and maintain a positive and inclusive environment, adapting methods to suit the audience's needs. You will ensure that content is delivered effectively whilst align with our organizational goals and brand standards. This role requires strong communication, adaptability, and organizational skills.
