Training and Development Specialist

Job Summary:

• Ensures the successful execution of the Training Plan and manages the monthly Training and Development Calendar.
• Oversees the full training cycle—from reviewing departmental requests and budgeting, to coordinating with trainers and facilitating sessions.
• Maintains accurate training records, databases, and materials, ensuring compliance with internal policies and audit standards.
• Evaluates training effectiveness through surveys and feedback, and adjusts programs to meet evolving organizational needs.
• Develops individual training program and collaborates with department heads to identify skill gap and develop targeted training strategies.
• Leads onboarding efforts, including conducting New Employee Orientation Program and coordinating with recruitment for scheduling.
• Researches new learning technologies and supports organizational development initiatives.
