• Facilitate the integration of learning and skills through activities and assessments included in the preparation of the training agenda and its follow-through, as shown when an employee is endorsed to operations, ensuring quality and consistency
• Complies with daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-yearly, and annual reports
