Facilitate the integration of learning and skills through activities and assessments included in the preparation of the training agenda and its follow-through, as shown when an employee is endorsed to operations, ensuring quality and consistency
Complies with daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-yearly, and annual reports
Coaches, develops, and improves trainees. Tracks the progress of the trainees and identifies strategies when needed. Sends coaching reports and documentation when needed to internal, operations, and brands across Awesome CX by Transcom
