Training and Engagement Consultant

Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking an IntermediateTraining and Engagement Consultant to join their team for 6 months of contract with possibility of extension. This role is to support launch of a new enterprise-wide platform for the entire bank this summer - Microsoft Viva Engage. The role is 2 days in office in Downtown, Toronto.
Job responsibilities:
Event Coordination & Engagement

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing training events, roadshows, and AMA sessions to promote Microsoft Viva Engage.
• Work with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor content accordingly.
• Gather and analyze feedback to assess training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Monitor engagement metrics and report on the success of training sessions.
