+ Coordinate technical issues and align resolutions with impacted teams.



+ Administration of training programs in the Grow system: creation and modification of events, training sessions, online courses, materials, videos, and tests.

+ Registration of participants, maintaining attendance lists, and mass uploading of training events and sessions.
