Saraswati College, Shegaon is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Placement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the employability of our students and establish partnerships with leading companies for placement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and Implement Training Programs: Develop training modules and workshops to enhance students' soft skills, technical skills, and overall employability.

- Industry Interaction:  Organize guest lectures, industry visits, and workshops with professionals to provide students with industry insights.

- Skill Assessment:  Conduct regular assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training interventions.
