Training assistant intern

We are hiring a Training Assistant Intern (Sheltered Workshop) to deliver day-to-day duties and responsibilities for Bizlink Centre Singapore Limited.

Location:

· Bedok North MRT

Working Hours:

· Monday – Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

· Assist trainers in all aspects of facilitation of training Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and other advantaged individuals.

· Work with trainer to develop and conduct training programmes for PWDs and other advantaged individuals.

· Training, supervising, maintaining and developing the functional skills of clients in the areas of vocational, community living and social participation.

· Implement and monitor the Individual Training Plans for PWDs.

· Assist in managing and providing quality checks to the production work that PWDs work on.

· Assist with client or case management for PWDs.

· Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
