Training Associate

The Training Associate plays a key role in strengthening the competencies of field personnel by developing and delivering high-quality training programs focused on Product Knowledge and Disease Knowledge in the areas of Neuroscience and Oncology. The role ensures that Medical Representatives and other commercial teams are equipped with accurate, up-to-date scientific information essential for effective customer engagements and ethical promotion of products.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Development & Delivery

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions on product knowledge, disease background, treatment pathways, and competitive landscape for Neuroscience and Oncology portfolios.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and field-based training for new hires and existing employees.
• Assist in designing and updating training modules, learning materials, assessments, and evaluations.
