Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Davao for a Training Associate. The Training Associate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, conducting workshops, and developing materials to enhance employee knowledge and skills. The role includes collaborating with teams to assess training needs, executing training plans, and supporting continuous employee development. Monitoring progress, evaluating training effectiveness, and recommending improvements will also be key responsibilities.
