Key Responsibilities Training & Development
Assist in evaluating individual and organizational training needs based on performance data, feedback, and operational requirements.
Coordinate and support the delivery of training and development programs to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and performance.
Facilitate onboarding orientation, and initial training sessions for new hires.
Assign employees to required training programs and monitor attendance and completion.
Support the implementation of performance management-related learning initiatives.
Assist in identifying training gaps and future learning needs and contribute to the development of training plans and curricula.
Support operational changes by providing relevant and timely learning interventions.
