Training Associate

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and design customised training programs
• Develop and facilitate interactive training sessions on a range of topics, including technical skills, soft skills and leadership development
• Create training materials, such as presentations, handouts and e-learning modules, to ensure consistent and effective knowledge transfer
• Maintain accurate training records and provide progress reports to management
• Continuously evaluate and improve training initiatives to enhance their impact and effectiveness

What we're looking for

• With or without experience
• At least Senior High School Graduate
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organisation <...
