The Operations Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that ensure employees fully understand operational standards, procedures, and service excellence expectations. This role plays a key part in improving employee performance, consistency, and operational efficiency across all branches.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Development

• Develop, update, and implement training programs for new hires and existing employees
• Conduct onboarding, refresher, and upskilling training for operations staff
• Facilitate classroom, on-the-job, and hands-on operational training
• Prepare training materials such as manuals, SOPs, videos, and presentations

Operations Support

• Ensure training aligns with company policies, SOPs, food safety, and service standards
• Conduct store visits to observe operations and identify training gaps
