Training Associate

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Management or any related course, preferably cooperative course
• Preferably with experience in organizing and facilitating activities
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Acts as resource/facilitator during training events
• Assists the unit in the accomplishment of training events and occasionally act as facilitator during trainings
• Tabulates seminar evaluation result and document
• Ability to design training invitations
• Scouts training venue, request for proposals
• Sorts out materials after the training events
• Prepares and submits reports to training unit head monthly.
• Monitors and organize participants' confirmations and coordinates to other training
• Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
• Administrative and Data Management using Google Workspace or MS Office. <...
